Discovery (Week 0)
We spend 30–60 minutes understanding your business, not just your technical requirements. We ask about your users, your real goal, your budget, and your timeline. If we are not the right fit, we tell you in the call.
Fixed-Scope Proposal (Days 3–5)
You receive a written proposal: defined deliverables, milestone-based payment schedule, delivery date, and a plain-English technical approach. No jargon. No vague estimates.
Weekly Sprint Development
We develop in 1-week sprints. Every Friday you receive a video walkthrough of what was built and a written summary of what is coming next. You are never wondering where your project stands.
Testing & QA (2 weeks pre-launch)
Two full weeks of QA before any production launch. All bugs found during QA are fixed at no extra charge. We do not launch until you sign off.
Launch & Deployment
We handle deployment to your cloud environment, DNS configuration, and any third-party service integrations. We monitor for 48 hours post-launch before handing over.
Post-Launch Support
30-day free bug-fix warranty on every project. After that, flexible retainer plans from $150/month for ongoing updates, monitoring, and new features.
